Opportunities in Value Added Agriculture will bring the Westman community together to explore the processing of agricultural products within our province.  Opportunities in Value Added Agriculture will bring the Westman community together to explore the processing of agricultural products within our province.  This one-day forum brings together dynamic speakers, experienced business leaders and agri-processors with resourceful  agencies to help identify opportunities in value-added agriculture and the steps to get started. 
 
A diverse and experienced roster of presenters will generate thought-provoking and stimulating discussion and raise awareness of the possibilities that exist. Agriculture is an exciting and dynamic industry and a staple of the Western Manitoba economy. The Brandon Chamber of Commerce, through the Ag Committee, recognizes the important role agriculture and agri-product processing has in the Westman economy.
