We’re Hiring: Landscape Designer 
Creative. Collaborative. Passionate about transforming outdoor spaces? 

We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Landscape Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll bring functional and beautiful outdoor environments to life for residential, commercial, and public clients. From initial concept to detailed design and final execution, you’ll work closely with clients, in-house teams, and contractors to shape inviting and sustainable landscapes. 

What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Conducting site analysis to assess topography, soil conditions, climate, and vegetation 

  • Designing landscape plans that include planting, hardscaping, lighting, and water features 

  • Creating detailed construction drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Dynascape 

  • Incorporating sustainable design principles, native plantings, and eco-friendly materials 

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget 

  • Presenting concepts and solutions that align with project goals 

  • Coordinating with installation teams to ensure accurate and timely execution 

  • Providing guidance to clients on landscape maintenance and care 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in landscape design (required) 

  • Post-secondary education in landscape design or related field (preferred) 

  • Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Dynascape, or similar) 

  • Strong plant and horticulture knowledge 

  • Creative thinking combined with technical and practical problem-solving 

  • Exceptional communication skills for client and team interactions 

  • Strong project and time management skills 

  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s License (required)
