McPhail Travel, a well-established professional travel agency specializing in corporate, leisure, cruise, and group travel since 1984, is seeking a Travel Consultant to join our team. This role involves managing travel coordination, bookings, client and vendor relations, and preparing detailed travel proposals.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field

• Experience with Customer Reservation Systems (CRS) and travel software

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrated consultative sales skills and client service excellence
