Return to Work (RTW) Basics-A Guide to Develping or Enhancing your Return to Work Program
This is a FREE workshop targeted at individuals currently working as: safety officers, managers, supervisors, lead hands, HR professionals, disability coordinators, return-to-work coordinators and any leader who is a part of a WCB related return to work of an injured worker. We would also encourage the participation of shop stewards and any union leadership. During this workshop you will gain an understanding of the basic components and best practices required to develop or enhance a workplace return to work Program. We will show you how an effective RTW Program supports injured workers in their timely return to safe and productive work. Here's what past attendees have said about this workshop.
