Hailey Jefferies joins us from Prairie Fava, recipient of the 2019 Start-up of the Year by the Manitoba Chambers of Commerce.

About the Speaker:

Hailey Jefferies is President of Prairie Fava and holds a degree in Business from George Brown College in Toronto. After graduation, she and her husband moved back to the Prairies to join his family's fifth generation seed business. There she found her passion for health and protein alternatives, which ultimately led to discovering fava beans as a nutritious plant-based food ingredient.
