Leading Inclusion in the Workplace with Sean McEwen
'Leading Inclusion' brings Employers and Employment Service Providers together to engage in shared learning around:
1. The impacts of diversity and inclusion in the workplace - business case
2. Disability as a diversity and inclusion 'capacity-builder' for inclusive workplaces
The Leading Inclusion workshop also facilitates transformative learning through engagement of participants in the identification and pursuit of collaborative, action-oriented strategies to increase disability/ diversity confidence and workplace inclusion for all. These workshops are not just valuable learning opportunities - they also provide resources and opportunity for Workplace Inclusion Partnerships between employers and service providers so that sustainable workforce strategies can be pursued, supported and implemented to the mutual benefit of all participants.
Learning Outcomes and Ongoing Benefits:
Service Providers: increase their capacity to serve job-seekers through facilitated dialogue with employers and workplace inclusion partnerships
Employers: receive information, resources and direct support with diversity recruitment, onboarding, engagement and retention. Through this experiential learning and coaching, employers increase knowledge and skill-sets around inclusion and workforce sustainability.
