This Module presents information and tools to support employers who are faced with position vacancies. The module takes a step-by-step approach to position assessment, recruitment, and selection. The following stages will be addressed in the module:
1)Review the position that is vacant
2)Decide if the recruitment for the position should proceed
3)Determine the requirements of the position
4)Determine the training for the position
5)Develop an effective job posting
6)Develop an effective application process
7)Make effective use of an exit interview strategy so that the future of the position can be improved based on historical performance.
