Todd has more than 25 years of experience in small and medium business management and senior human resources management roles. Todd has vast experience in managing multiple operations and people management from locations with fewer than twenty employees to overall accountability of support teams servicing 5,000 employees. His work in retail primarily focused on supporting the selection, retention, and engagement of the employee group in Northern and Western Canada.
Today, Todd leads the HR at Your Service team at People First, who support small, medium and large business across Canada, with their HR challenges.
