Time: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM CDT
Event Description:
HOSHIN KANRI (strategy deployment) is an approach that can unfreeze an organization. Hoshin is a pivotal tool that systematically drives management consensus to build organizational vision and strategy, requiring feedback from all levels in the organization as this vision is deployed.

This hands-on workshop is delivered by ASQ-certified Master Black Belt Chad Smith. Chad has helped many companies apply the Hoshin Kanri approach to find their TruNorth and establish their key objectives. This workshop will begin to unfreeze your organizations’ locked-up breakthrough potential through crystal clear alignment and purpose, from the executive to shop floor.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES
Participants will:
-learn the overall approach to developing Hoshin Kanri;
-through targeted activities, begin the process of building their own Hoshin plan;
-see how other organizations have applied Hoshin planning in their own businesses; and
-practice what they learned to reinforce the concepts and to instill confidence as they head back tothe workplace.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Any leader in the business that sees misalignment between individuals and groups. To achieve organization-wide buy in, key leaders who may be considered disciples and change agents should attend in order to best communicate value across the rest of the organization.
