• Explore the rationale for having a writing Drug and Alcohol Policy
• Examine the key components of an effective Drug and Alcohol Policy
• Investigate the do's and don'ts of drug testing
• Begin to identify the key components of their own policy
• Explore the implications of the new Marijuana legislation on their policies
