About Rebecca Gray
Rebecca Gray combines a background in social work and education with a passion for improving mental health and human connection in schools, workplaces, and communities. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Manitoba and a Master of Education from Brandon University, and her career has spanned roles as a professional foster parent, child welfare worker, behaviour specialist, guidance counsellor, and post-secondary instructor.

Rebecca discovered Restitution and Control Theory while searching for effective strategies to support children’s behaviour and found a framework that transformed how she understands and teaches about human motivation, accountability, and growth. She now integrates these principles into her work with individuals, educators, youth care staff, and parents, offering practical tools to strengthen relationships and organizational culture.

A Certified Mental Health First Aid Trainer with the Mental Health Commission of Canada, Rebecca has also served as President of both the Westman School Clinicians Association and the Canadian Association of School Social Workers. She lives with her husband on their family farm near Erickson, Manitoba, and is the proud mother of two adult children.
