There's no doubt that the world has been... rocked (some pun intended) the last few years, and the burn out is real.
Join us on February 15 as Zack and Jenn take us through realistic ways employers can boost wellness through improved workplace practices and policies - it doesn't have to be hard, and it isn't scary!
Tackle stress associated with work demands and discover strategies for promoting a balanced work-life approach - it's possible to do both, and still feel you're accomplishing tasks. 


Meet Your Speakers:

Zack and Jenn McMillan are the co-owners of Rocked Community Fitness. Zack opened the business in 2013 and Jenn joined him when she moved from Winnipeg in 2016. They strive to empower people to become the Strongest, Healthiest, and Happiest versions of themselves through the gym, nutrition coaching, and their podcast. Jenn and Zack are parents to a 4 and a half year old daughter and two dogs from the Brandon Humane Society. They enjoy being outdoors, cooking, and joined the MECCA Community Choir this year!
