Meet Your Presenters: 

Jennifer Dyck, RN BN COHN (c)           
Occupational Health Nurse/Prevention Consultant, SAFE Work Manitoba  


 Jennifer Dyck RN BN COHN (c) received her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from University of Manitoba and furthered her career get her certificate in Occupational Health Nursing from MacEwan University in Alberta.
 
She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse through the Canadian Nursing Association. She also completed the Advanced Certificate in Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace from University of Fredericton. She works as a Prevention Consultant at SAFE Work Manitoba.
 
 
Julia Senchuk, MA, BSc, AAT        JK Senchuk Counselling
 
 
Julia Senchuk is a Psychotherapist, offering counselling and educational services to the Westman area through her practice, JKSenchuk Counselling. With a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology, Julia began her career, within the public sector. By 2011, she made the move to private practice, where she continues her work today. Julia is an affiliate of the Canadian Counselling Psychological Association.
 
Karen MacDonald, Vice President, People & Culture           Mazergroup

 
Karen MacDonald has over 15 years of leadership experience in Human Resources in both the public and private sector. She has a passion for change management, specifically supporting cultural transitions in organizations through the implementation of sound practices that support employee wellbeing and engagement.
She is currently the Vice President, People & Culture, at Mazergroup.
 
Jamie Hall, Chief Operating Officer      SAFE Work Manitoba

 
Jamie Hall is the Chief Operating Officer of SAFE Work Manitoba. He is part of a team of people who are passionate about changing the landscape of safety in order to realize significant improvements in safety performance in Manitoba.
 
 
Tess Lelond, Registered Psychiatric Nurse

 
Tess is a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with 35 years of experience working in the field of Mental Health. Tess has had the pleasure of working with a variety of populations and in different capacities from acute care psychiatric areas to community-based services. Tess is currently employed with Prairie Mountain Health as the Clinical Services Specialist providing community mental health and suicide prevention education.
