Stress and Burnout - Julia Senchuk, MA, BSc, AAT
Stress is everywhere! This workshop answers the question “what is stress?” It further explores the characteristics, and facts, of stress, and identifies coping strategies that can be implemented to address stress.
In addition to her private practice, Julia teaches within the Psychology Department at Brandon University and has been offering educational mental health and wellness workshops within the Westman area since 2011, when she began her own private practice JK Senchuk Counselling.
